Mindset Neuroscience Podcast
Blown away
”This podcast has been transformative. It has shifted my perspective on so many issues in my life and has given me the understanding on what it takes to be a thriving, living human being. Stephanie presents complex information in a way that makes sense to the average person and every episode has given me aha moments! I’m very grateful to have found this life changing podcast!”
Mind reset.
“I’ve been looking for such a long time for a good podcast to help me rewire my brain and understand myself and why are we the way we are, other people behavior and etc. I wasn’t sure of what exactly I needed to listen to but this is it. I’ve listened to so many podcasts and this is the absolute best, the way she explains everything, every detail, how deep she digs into information, the pace of her voice, how clear she talks and how everything is explained and makes it easier to understand a topic that is so complex and there's so many branches, yet she covers a lot without feeling like is too much to process. i start my day with her podcast and is a game changer. Please keep the episodes coming. I feel like this is a way of therapy since it gives a lot of information about the human mind and mechanisms and you work with it under your own system.”
Wonderfully nerdy and useful!
“I love understanding more of how the brain works, and Stefanie brings a fascinating perspective as a biological neuroscientist and a counseling practitioner. She addresses human behaviors and needs from multiple perspectives, from how we are wired, our learned behaviors, our drive to address our wounds, and our needs for socializing, contact, approval, and play. I’ve just completed the second episode of the third season and I’m excited to have found virtually all of the content directly applicable to my personal growth path.”

"Your podcast is my medicine. Listening to these before I go into work or into my day with other humans sets me into a perfect state of mind."
About the Podcast
As a translator of science into real-world applications, I hope to enhance people’s self-awareness of their own habits and mindsets that may be negatively influencing their choices and behavior.
My goal is to compel wide-ranging audiences to think differently about how their own beliefs have been built and programmed as well as how the mechanics of the human mind-brain-body system can cause us anxiety, stress, overwhelm and a sense of hopelessness if we don't learn how to harness the powerful energy of these systems.
Some people write books. I decided to create an 'audio-book' using a podcast instead. It felt faster, and more fulfilling to use my voice instead of typing the words. I hope you enjoy it!
"Wow. You so nailed it. I’ve listened to them all, and this is the best, most proficiently delivered, and most valuable. And while your style and content just work for me from a learning & listening standpoint, this one hit me deeply."

"I found your podcast when I was searching for more information on the polyvagal theory by Dr Porges. I am currently studying to be a coach and I really needed something more to ' get it'. Your podcast really helped me. I am now sharing it with all the other students ( and anyone else who will listen 😉 "
